BookIT has never sold, rented, or shared your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes, and we have no plans to do so. This page exists to confirm that commitment and explain your rights.

Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you the following rights:

How to Exercise Your Rights

You can exercise any of the rights above by:

  • In-app: Log in to your BookIT account and go to your Profile or Settings — use the "Download My Data" or "Delete My Account" options.
  • By email: Send a request to privacy@bookitapp.io with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request."

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. Requests may be submitted by an authorized agent acting on your behalf.

What Data We Collect

BookIT collects name, email address, phone number, and booking history to provide its appointment scheduling service. We share data only with service providers who help operate the platform (Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Vercel). We do not sell this data, and our service providers are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
